Hey everybody! I am so pleased to announce that I am fully funded!  A BIG thank you to you all! Praise God!

Even before I jumped on the plane for the World Race God surprised me in the fundraising journey. $18,700 seemed like such a huge snowcapped mountain to climb but when I put my trust in God it didn’t seem so bad. God paved the way for me to raise this money. With a little hard work, a lot of generosity from people and faith in God, it was possible. Nothing is impossible for God. When I knew there’s an Almighty God on my side, I stopped thinking about the numbers and focused on Jesus. He was trustworthy in my fundraising and He is trustworthy in me putting my life in His hands during the World Race and to the very end of the age. If it’s God’s will then it will happen and it did! No matter where I am, even if it’s in a dark place in the world, I know God’s presence is my refuge and a place I can find rest. Thank you God for getting me to this point. May the Spirit lead me forevermore!

These verses are so true!

And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
Philippians 1:6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

I keep these verses at the forefront of my mind among other verses from God’s Word as I am following and proclaiming Jesus this year. Praise God for the incredible time I’ve had in Romania but now it’s time to say goodbye and say hello to Albania! I thank God that He gave me multiple opportunities to spread the gospel and give hope to the hopeless. I also thank him for the fun and beautiful places I was able to go to like doing a boat tour on the Danuble River near Serbia, going to an awesome castle that may or may not have been Dracula’s castle and skiing in the mountains! It seems I have just gotten started in making friendships here but I hope that when I leave my Romanian friends, that they would become friends with Jesus and He will be their Savior. I am leaving for Albania tomorrow morning on a bus with my magnificent squad! It is going to be a 11-14 hour bus ride so it’s a very long trip but telling Albania about Jesus is worth it! We will have a loving God welcoming us there who is already doing His glorious work just as He has in Romania.

Prayer requests: Pray for Raul and his family who have hosted us and done so much that his ministry would be blessed and grow a hundred fold. Pray that the youth we have been discipling in Romania would continue to go to Hope Church and make disciples of their own in their dark city of Craiova. Pray that the Lord will give us rest on the bus and for the Holy Spirit’s protection and leading as we boldly spread the gospel in Albania. Pray I will be able to make many new friends there!
